Intellectual Property rights – Bioassayplus shall own the rights for the products, including copyright, design, trade and technical secrets and other intellectual property rights whether or not capable of registration. The customer shall not modify, alter, sequence, translate, reverse engineer, decompile attempting to discover the scientific structure of the products. The customer shall not copy, duplicate or replicate the products.

Before Order – Inquire the price and quantity by phone, mail, email or website contact form.

Confirming orders – Please confirm orders clearly to avoid duplication.

Shipping – Bioassayplus will select shipment method considered best for the product and its destination. These charges will be prepaid or added to the invoice. Other shipping arrangements may be specified by the customer at additional expense. Claims for loss or damage of products are the responsibility of the customer and should be reported to the appropriate carrier within 10 days.

Handling – There is a minimum shipping and handling charge of $25 per shipment.

Payment – Bioassayplus provides the customer with an invoice once the order has shipped. The terms of payment are sixty (60) days from the invoice date unless otherwise negotiated with Bioassayplus prior to shipment. Bioassayplus may require pre-payment at its discretion. Payment is to be made in US dollars.

Returns – Authorization from Bioassayplus is required prior to the return of any product. No returns will be accepted without authorization.

Product Liability – Bioassayplus products are intended for research or manufacturing use only. These products are not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
